Most children are ready around 6 months old when they have good head and neck control, can sit with support, and can bring objects to their mouths.
3. What foods should not be given to a child using a silicone plate for the first time?
Avoid foods that may pose choking hazards, including popcorn, whole grapes, raw carrots, nuts, seeds, candy, hot dogs, and large chunks of peanut butter.
