What is the shipping rate?

Free Shipping applies to all my.abiie.com consumer orders for all West Malaysia. Free Shipping offer does not apply to return/exchange shipping. We ship to East Malaysia and Singapore addresses.

Final pricing for orders sent to East Malaysia and Singapore will be quoted prior to payment completion.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Abiie®
Malaysia does not ship internationally with exception to Singapore.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to ship within West Malaysia, including handling time. Orders shipped to East Malaysia and Singapore will take approximately 7 to 12 business days. Final pricing will be quoted prior to payment completion.

No, you do not, as long as the email and phone number for registration is provided.

How long is the manufacturer warranty for Abiie® products?

Below are the warranty for different Abiieproducts:-

You can purchase additional warranty (up to 3 years), for a total of 6 yearsfor Beyond Junior®

Does the manufacturer warranty covers stains or damage from wear and tear?

Stains or damage from normal wear and tear is not covered by our manufacturer warranty plan. Wear and tear occurs with ordinary, everyday use of your product. Manufacturer warranty is designed to cover damage caused by a specific incident. Overall cleaning is not covered as this is considered maintenance for normal wear and tear as opposed to the spot cleaning provided by the plan for accidental spills.
